Specialty Programs
PCC offers several specialty programs geared to the unique needs of specific clientele.
The Northwest Deaf Addiction Center (NWDAC)
NWDAC is an alcohol and drug treatment program designed to meet the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals how use American Sign Language (ASL) as their primary mode of communication. NWDAC offers outpatient and day treatment services as well as treatment in a group living environment.
Positive Start
Positive Start is an intensive case management service for pregnant women or women parenting a child between birth and age three. The Positive Start team includes a chemical dependency counselor and a peer assistant. Services include assessments, treatment referrals, monitoring of mother and children's medical needs and assistance in accessing ancillary services such as housing, medical and transportation.
New Program: Women's Intensive Outpatient Treatment
This is a gender specific, 12 week program that meets 3 times per week for 2 hours. The program uses materials and workbooks from Stephanie Covington's "Helping Women Recover". To learn more about the specific details of the curriculum offered please click here >>>
Clark County Case Management Program
HIV case managers are individuals who can help people who are HIV positive to find and connect to the services they need to improve their quality of life.
