Chemical Dependency Assessments
PCC provides individual interviews to determine an individuals need for substance abuse or dependency treatment intervention. Our staff uses standardized assessment tools and diagnosis is based on DSM IV criteria. Any treatment referrals are based on ASAM patient placement criteria.
Deferred Prosecution Treatment
This is a 2-year program consisting of 12 weeks of intensive outpatient treatment (3 times per week), 26 weeks of weekly outpatient and 15 months of monthly outpatient treatment groups.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
This is a 12-week program consisting of education, group process, Moral Reconation Therapy and individual counseling sessions. Patients meet 2 hours per day, 3 times per week.
Women' s Intensive Outpatient Treatment
This is a gender specific 12-week program that meets 3 times per week for 2 hours. The program uses materials and workbooks from Stephanie Covington's "Helping Women Recover".
Weekly Outpatient Treatment
This is the continuing care portion of treatment and can be up to 6 months in duration. Patients meet 1 time per week for 2 hours. Treatment focus is Moral Reconation Therapy and group process.
Relapse Prevention
This is an 8-week program that meets 1 time per week for 2 hours. The treatment focus is relapse prevention and the curriculum includes the use of the Matrix model designed for stimulant addiction.
Monthly Outpatient
This program is for patients assessed as needing monthly contact for ongoing support and for those who meet the requirements for Deferred Prosecution. This group meets 1 time per month for 1.5 hours.
